Essential Skills + 6+ months of assembly line experience. + Experience in manufacturing or assembly, particularly with small parts or electronic assembling. + Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and read blueprints. + Capability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with electronic skill sets, soldering, and schematic reading is preferred. + Open to entry-level candidates with assembly experience. + Ability to stand for a full shift, with some departments offering seated roles. Work Environment This role is based in a clean, climate-controlled electronic manufacturing facility. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with every other Friday off. The facility emphasizes safety and comfort, with opportunities for cross-training in various assembly departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Olathe, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
