Job Description

Electromechanical Assembler 1135 West Dennis Avenue, Olathe, KS 66061 From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time At Maveric Automation, we build products that combine mechanical, electrical, and software components. Our customers rely on our work to be precise and reliable, which means every assembly, test, and repair matters. This position is hands-on, ideal for someone who wants to build, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair products on a daily basis. We're looking for someone who can work safely, follow instructions, and apply their existing and new skills across different tasks and products. You don't need years of experience, but you should be comfortable with hands-on work. We provide the tools, step-by-step instructions, and experienced team members to support you when needed. What you'll be doing: Assembling mechanical and electrical components Testing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing products Operating equipment like soldering tools, pick-and-place machines, and CNC tools Keeping accurate records of your work Assisting with packing, shipping, and organizing supplies What we actually care about: You enjoy hands-on work and assembly You have mechanical aptitude and can handle tools and parts safely You notice details and can spot mistakes before they become problems You follow instructions carefully and know when to ask for guidance You're adaptable and can apply your skills across different tasks and equipment You consistently aim to do every job well Pay is based on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
