• $17•24/hr•Hiring Immediately Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Electronics Assembler to support the assembly, rework, and testing of electronic products.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in build quality and possesses strong manual skills. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to work instructions and drawings. Perform rework and repairs on PCBs and assemblies as needed. Hand-solder fine-pitch surface-mount and through-hole components. Use light power tools for mechanical assembly and rework. Inspect assemblies for workmanship, quality, and functionality. Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment. Essential Skills Experience with light power tools and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written instructions, schematics, and assembly documentation. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire cutters, strippers, and drill press. 1+ years of soldering experience, specifically with fine pitch parts. Work Environment The work environment is very clean and climate controlled, located in a small shop. You will work alongside a team of assemblers/production workers, with some tasks requiring bench work and others standing. The role operates Monday through Friday from with varying shift times, with a standard 40-hour work week and minimal overtime expected. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
