Job Description

Electronic Assembler ($18-$29/hr)
Worksites:
Olathe, KS & Lenexa, KS Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to support growing manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will assemble, wire, solder, test, and troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical components used in industrial equipment and electronic products. This position is ideal for candidates with general assembly experience as well as those with more advanced soldering and electronics skills. You will support the build, testing, and deployment of equipment by assembling components, routing wiring and cables, performing soldering, and completing functional testing to ensure products meet quality standards. Responsibilities + Assemble electrical, electronic, and mechanical components following work instructions, drawings, and schematics + Perform basic to advanced wiring, cabling, and component connections + Complete SMT and thru-hole hand soldering as required + Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic measuring or test equipment + Perform functional testing and basic diagnostics to confirm proper assembly + Load firmware or software onto components using basic programming tools (as applicable) + Identify, report, and assist with rework or repair of assembly defects + Follow ESD , safety, and quality standards at all times + Accurately document completed work and report issues or concerns + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Collaborate with production, testing, and quality teams to support production goals Required Skills & Qualifications + General assembly or manufacturing experience (electronics, electrical, or mechanical preferred) + Comfort using hand tools and basic assembly equipment + Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or drawings + Strong attention to detail and reliability + Ability to work well in a team-oriented production environment Preferred (But Not Required) + Experience with SMT and thru-hole soldering + Familiarity with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, microchips, and switches + Experience with wiring, cable assembly, or panel wiring + Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings + Experience with functional testing or basic troubleshooting + Education or training in electronics, electrical, or technical fields + Flexibility to work first or second shift as production expands Why Work Here?
