Aircraft Electrical Assembler

Aircraft Electrical Installer (prior aircraft electrical experience not required. Training will be provided) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, wire terminations, and any other components built into a wire harness.  Responsibilities Read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components in a wire harness. Wrap and tie wires for optimal organization and safety. Route wires effectively to ensure efficient electrical flow. Change routing and breakouts as necessary. Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality. Complete all associated paperwork accurately and timely. Essential Skills Experience in wire harness assembly and aircraft components. At least 1 year of aircraft electrical experience. Skills in repair and troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists. Shift 1st and 3rd shift Candidates must be flexible on shift Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
