Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join a growing production team that designs and builds advanced industrial electrical equipment. This is a hands?on role ideal for someone who enjoys working from schematics, building complex electrical systems, and seeing products come together from start to finish. You'll play a key part in assembling and wiring high?quality electrical systems used in industrial applications such as RF and microwave generators, presses, ovens, conveyors, and automation equipment. What You'll Do Select, install, and assemble electrical components including transformers, contactors, relays, sensors, PLCs, control components, and high?voltage power systems based on schematics and bills of material. Wire electrical subassemblies and complete equipment such as control panels, RF and microwave generators, presses, conveyors, applicators, and hydraulic systems. Test, troubleshoot, and validate electrical control panels and equipment to ensure proper functionality and quality. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams accurately. Work collaboratively with production, engineering, suppliers, and occasionally customers to support build quality and schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety?focused work environment.
Tools & Equipment You'll Use Hand Tools:
Multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, soldering tools, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, taps, rulers.Shop Equipment:
Conduit punches and benders, drill press, pipe threading equipment, and related fabrication tools. What We're Looking For High school diploma required; technical school, trade certification, or associate degree in engineering or related field is a plus. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints (required). Experience assembling and wiring industrial electrical systems or control panels. Solid troubleshooting skills with electrical components and systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting quality and production standards. Team?oriented mindset with good communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
