Electrical Assembler

BESTAFF We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to support electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments in Louisville, KY. Certification or state licensing is not required ; however, candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on electrical experience and knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Assist with electrical system upgrades, modifications, and repairs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines and local standards Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades Maintain accurate work and maintenance documentation Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience (commercial, industrial, or residential) Working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical safety Ability to read and understand basic electrical schematics Experience using electrical testing tools (multimeter, voltage tester, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program (formal or informal) Commercial or industrial electrical experience Experience with control panels, motor controls, or basic PLCs OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Skills & Competencies Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Preventative maintenance Attention to detail and safety awareness Time management and dependability Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Benefits Competitive pay: $25-$27/hour 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Day shift schedule Overtime opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status. #ZR
