Job Title:

Wire Assembly Technician Job Description The Wire Assembly Technician will be responsible for working on wiring harnesses, performing tasks from start to finish, with potential additional warehouse duties. This role involves collaborating with a small team across all areas of the wire assembly process. Work instructions will be provided, but candidates must possess the ability to crimp their own wires. Responsibilities Work on wiring harnesses from start to finish. Collaborate with a small team in the wire assembly area. Crimp wires using appropriate tools. Follow work instructions for wire assembly tasks. Perform additional warehouse duties as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience building wiring harnesses and reading schematics/wiring diagrams. Ability to identify different thicknesses (gauges) of wires. Why Work Here? It is covered with fans and partial air conditioning. Typical working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, with potential flexibility to align with operational needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
