Electromechanical Assembler We are hiring Electromechanical assemblers for our client in the Andover, MA, area. Responsibilities Perform general assembly on subassemblies utilizing appropriate assembly procedures Test subassemblies in electronic test fixtures Soldering wires, PCBs, and subassemblies Learn and perform basic troubleshooting protocols and rework for non-conforming units Ability to be flexible and handle priority changes as they occur Meet expected daily production requirements Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience assembling electromechanical devices and subassemblies High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in the use of hand tools including soldering equipment, screwdrivers, wrenches, and heat guns IPC-A-610 and

JSTD-001

certified Thorough understanding of workmanship standards and quality control procedures including compliance for ESD Experience operating in a lean manufacturing environment Ability to work in a clean, contaminant free environment utilizing gloves during assembly operations Comfortable with use of Microsoft Office Suite Pay $27 - $29 / hour W2 depending on experience #ZREng #INDENG
