Shift:

second (3-11:30pm)

Pay:

$25

Responsibilities:

Complete assembly of electro-mechanical enclosures, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to specific design standards Utilize assembly drawings, bills of materials, routers, schematics, and visual aids (photos/samples) Ensure quality compliance and product specifications are met throughout the build process Responsible for the final assembly of chassis (both mechanical and electrical), including rework and some no-lead soldering Maintain and update accurate assembly aids Work collaboratively within a team environment, interfacing with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other team members Capable of working independently with limited supervision

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics and mechanical assembly/manufacturing Proficient with work instructions, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics Advanced soldering, wiring, and harness assembly skills Experience with hand and pneumatic tools, and measuring devices Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

IPC/WHMA-A-620
