Job Description

Electrical Assembly Technician (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay:
$20-23/hour We're seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join a growing team with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee. The hiring process consists of a single 45-60 minute onsite interview and facility tour.
Responsibilities:
Crimp, terminate, and route 14-18 gauge wires in electrical control cabinets Read and follow wiring instructions and assembly drawings Use hand tools and crimping equipment to complete electrical assemblies Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
Qualifications:
Previous experience crimping and terminating wires Familiarity with wire connectors, terminals, and basic electrical assembly Ability to use crimping tools and hand tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn company-specific crimping methods
