Full Job Description Pay Rate:

$20•23/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM•3:30

PM Overtime:

Up to 10 hours per week available

Work Authorization:

U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR Requirement) Responsibilities Crimp and terminate electrical wires and connectors Route and run wiring within control cabinets and electrical assemblies Work with 14-18 gauge wire and related components Read and follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and work orders Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and related assembly equipment Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality standards Required Qualifications Experience with wire crimping and termination Familiarity with electrical connectors and wiring components Ability to use crimpers, wire strippers, and hand tools Experience working with wiring assemblies, harnesses, or control panels Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience wiring control cabinets Wire harness assembly experience Electrical assembly or cable assembly background Experience working with 14-18 gauge wire Manufacturing or production assembly experience
