Interim clearance required Overview We are seeking Microelectronics Assemblers to join a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA . Multiple openings are available across several shifts , including 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shifts , offering flexibility to match your schedule. This is an exciting, hands‑on opportunity for individuals interested in electronics assembly and testing . You'll play a critical role in building and validating cutting‑edge electronic products and systems in a production environment, with strong opportunities to learn, grow, and transition into long‑term employment. Available Shifts 1st Shift (weekday options available) 2nd Shift (weekday options available) Weekend Day Shift - Full Time Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Shift availability may vary—apply to discuss current openings. What You'll Do Assemble electronic components, sub‑assemblies, and finished products following work instructions and drawings Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements Read and interpret assembly processes, work instructions, and documentation Work with microscopic to large components , using visual magnification when required Use hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, and pneumatic tools including torque drivers and screwdrivers Perform accurate data entry related to production and assembly processes Collaborate with team members to support throughput, quality, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Basic computer skills, including navigating digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to learn J‑STD‑001 and/or IPC‑A‑610 standards Interest or experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly (preferred, not required) Knowledge of ESD procedures and basic test equipment (preferred) Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and desire to learn and grow High school diploma or GED required Required Skills (Keywords) Soldering Electronic Assembly Hand Tools Additional Requirements Interim clearance required (active or previously held acceptable) Drug and background check required Experience Level Entry Level Prior electronics or microelectronics experience is a plus, but training is provided Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
