Job Description

Electrical technician role focused on wiring control panels, building custom chambers, following schematics, identifying electrical components, and maintaining manufacturing quality standards. Job Requirements 2-4 years of wiring experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read prints Ability to follow schematics Understanding of general electrical connections Experience using wiring tools Experience using crimping tools Ability to identify electrical components Experience wiring control panels Experience dressing cables Ability to work from drawings, specifications, written instructions, and verbal instructions Sufficient English knowledge to understand written and verbal job-related communications Preferred Skills Experience building custom electrical assemblies Experience wiring equipment for custom chambers Experience updating prints during assembly or wiring work Experience detecting faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual operating conditions Experience maintaining electrical assembly quality standards Job Responsibilities Wire control panels according to schematics Build custom chambers as part of the manufacturing process Read prints and follow electrical schematics Identify and install proper electrical components Use wiring and crimping tools to complete electrical assembly work Dress cables according to assembly requirements Update prints as wiring changes are made Work from drawings, specifications, written instructions, and verbal instructions Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions Follow safety rules and regulations Maintain quality standards during electrical assembly work Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly condition
Pay:
