Electromechanical Assembler

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in South Deerfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality, custom fragrance diffuser systems and sub-assemblies. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and full diffuser systems Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment accurately and efficiently Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality and functionality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet production goals Report any issues, defects, or process improvements to supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field preferred Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude Commitment to workplace safety practices
