Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electromechanical components and systems, ensuring precision and quality at every step. Your expertise will contribute to the production of reliable, high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards. Duties Assemble electromechanical devices by following detailed schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards for electronic component assembly. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools and power tools, ensuring strong electrical connections. Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to accurately assemble components and systems. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify component dimensions and electrical continuity. Perform electrical wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of assembled units using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other testing equipment. Conduct quality inspections in accordance with IPC 610 standards, ensuring assemblies meet manufacturing specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, preferably with a focus on electromechanical systems. Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering techniques, and surface mount technology (SMT). Familiarity with reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment effectively. Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC 610 for electronic assemblies is highly desirable. Electrical experience involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical wiring, and troubleshooting is a plus.
