COPY LINK link Adecco is hiring for Electromechanical Assemblers for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities. 1st shift schedule: Monday•Friday 7am-330pm $23-25 per hour 2nd shift schedule: Monday•Thursday 230pm-1am $26-28 per hour Core Responsibilities
Assembly & Wiring:
Build subassemblies andplete units by interpreting blues, schematics, and work instructions. Cut, strip, crimp, and route electrical wires and cable harnesses.
Tool Operation:
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, torque wrenches) to fit and fasten parts.
Quality Control:
Inspect and testpleted products to ensure they meet exact specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Verify tolerances using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
Troubleshooting:
Identify defective parts or wiring issues, diagnose root causes, and perform necessary rework.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work with engineering and quality control teams to optimize assembly processes. Accurately record production data, material usage, and test results. Key Qualifications
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical certifications, vocational training, or an associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field are highly preferred.
Experience:
Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical assembly, wire harnessing, or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong blue reading, electrical aptitude, and manual dexterity. Familiarity with soldering, crimping, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling .
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs If interested, directly!
Pay Details:
