Electromechanical Assembler Worcester, MA Pay Rate:
$18.00

  • 4:30 PM Ready to Get Your Hands Busy and Your Paycheck Steady?
Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Electromechanical Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving. Must-Haves for the Job Hand soldering experience required (must pass internal certification) Strong manual dexterity for assembling small components 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing or production preferred Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive soldering/assembly work Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Requires visual focus and precision for extended periods Some areas may not be climate-controlled (heat, dust, etc.) Exposure to minor workplace hazards typical of a manufacturing setting
Additional Information:
Experience soldering high-volume, non-precision components is a plus Soldering assessment required during the interview process Day-to-Day Grind Perform hand soldering to mount, connect, and secure electronic components Assemble and test electromechanical parts using tools and equipment Follow detailed specifications, wiring diagrams, and procedures Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy Troubleshoot issues and perform repair or rework as needed Escalate assembly issues to the production supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools Support team production goals and complete additional tasks as assigned
