This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done. 🔧 What You'll Do Assemble custom sheet‑metal products using hand and power tools Perform electro‑mechanical assembly, wiring, and product testing Read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions Route, connect, and secure wiring with accuracy and attention to detail Work from job tickets, manuals, and digital instructions Verify dimensions and quality using inspection tools and equipment ⭐ What You Bring 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience Strong proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics Experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly 🎓 Additional Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Familiarity with inspection processes and system controls Setup experience related to equipment or department needs Clear communication skills—written and verbal Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 🏭 Work Environment & Schedule Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:30 PM Weekday training provided before moving to weekend schedule Work takes place in a sheet‑metal fabrication and assembly environment Moderate noise level Steel‑toed shoes and pants required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
