Job Summary & Essential Duties:

As a Production Associate, you will be a key part of the electronics finishing process, ensuring high-quality components are coated and inspected to perfection.

Machine Operation:

Set up and operate automated coating equipment for electronic assemblies.

Quality Inspection:

Perform detailed visual inspections of coated assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.

Precision Touch-Ups:

Use your hand-eye coordination to perform manual coating touch-ups as needed.

Data Entry:

Use basic computer skills for production documentation and data entry.

Team Collaboration:

Work under the direction of a supervisor to meet production goals.

Detail Oriented:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.

Dexterity:

Good vision and finger dexterity for handling small electronic components.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions.

Math Skills:

Proficiency in basic mathematics for production counts.

Tech Savvy:

General computer skills for record-keeping.

Physical Requirements:

Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for the duration of the shift.

Lifting:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Compliance:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
