Air Quality Engineering, Inc. is a Minnesota-based manufacturer with over 50 years of experience designing and building high-quality air cleaners and filtration systems for industrial, medical, and commercial applications. We take pride in manufacturing reliable products that help improve air quality and workplace safety across a wide range of industries. We are currently hiring for a full-time Day Shift Industrial Assembler position, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities Include:
Electro-mechanical assembly Riveting Screw gun and hand tool operation Following illustrated work instructions and assembly diagrams Assisting in the production of industrial air filtration equipment
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required If you are mechanically inclined — even with limited experience — we encourage you to apply. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
Additional Information:
Day shift schedule, Monday-Thursday 6AM -3:30PM & Fridays 6AM -10AM Stable, team-oriented work environment Pre-employment drug screening and background check required This is an on-site position (not remote)
