- What You'll Do
- As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in bringing complex equipment to life: + Build and assemble chiller units using work instructions, blueprints, and specifications + Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly using hand and power tools + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams + Support production by moving materials, packaging finished units, and maintaining workflow •What You Bring•+ 1-2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience + Confidence using hand and power tools + Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams + Reliable work history and strong work ethic + Team-first attitude with solid communication skills + Physical ability to stay active throughout the shift •Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)•+ HVAC, data center equipment, or industrial manufacturing experience + Sheet metal fabrication or advanced mechanical assembly (3+ years preferred) + Familiarity with chiller systems or custom equipment builds + Interest in long-term career growth and skill development •Why You'll Love Working Here•This isn't just a job—it's a place people stay and grow.

- The pay range for this position is $20.00
- $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
