Spherion Staffing is hiring an Electrical Wiring Assembler for a premier manufacturing facility in Owatonna. This is a role where your technical skills are recognized, and you are treated as a valued member of the team, not just a number. Shift & Compensation
Pay:
$21.25 per hour
Schedule:
4-Day Work Week Monday
  • Thursday
  • 5:00 am
  • 3:30 pm Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the intricate wiring of high-quality HVAC units. This is a non-licensed electrician position perfect for someone with a solid foundation in electrical assembly who is looking to work on complex, mission-critical equipment.
Responsibilities:
Unit Wiring:
Wire HVAC units and motors according to specific job requirements.
Conduit & Controls:
Run conduits and assist in wiring control panels and various electrical components.
Technical Reading:
Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and job specifications accurately.
Quality & Safety:
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of efficiency and personal safety.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and log pertinent information regarding builds.
Collaboration:
Support the implementation of new procedures and methods to improve production. ...

PM Skills:
Experience working with HVAC equipment is preferred.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Some electrical training is helpful. This is a Non-licensed Electrician position. At least some experience working with electrical wiring and diagrams.
