Electronics Assembly Technician II Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician II to join our client's team. This role builds upon Level I responsibilities and requires strong technical skills in interpreting assembly documentation and performing precision component placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, and special customer instructions Hand-place fine pitch and leadless components with precision Assist with final inspection of both through-hole and SMT assemblies Review manufacturing procedures and recommend improvements to increase efficiency Support X-ray inspection services under supervision (if applicable)

Qualifications:

Successful completion of

IPC-A-610

Certification training (required) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SMT and through-hole assembly Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes Basic inspection and quality control knowledge IND2

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
