Based on experience Job Summary Aerotek is hiring motivated, dependable Entry‑Level Assemblers to support a growing production team in Winona, MN. In this role, you will assemble electronic components and finished products by following written instructions, diagrams, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints to ensure accurate assembly Perform visual inspections to confirm quality and identify defects or discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and 5S standards Achieve daily goals for quality, efficiency, and accuracy Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and workflow Complete necessary documentation and follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, or basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity Comfortable using small hand tools and power tools Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
