Job Description
Hours:
6:00am-2:30pm QPS Employment Group is actively looking for Upfit Installers to begin the week of 6/22/26 at an upfitting automotive company in NKC. Must have great attendance, a great attitude, and be a team player. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Upfit Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Follow instruction sheets to properly assemble pieces into vehicles
- Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship
- Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces
- Use air tools to assemble pieces after being trained
- Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Upfit Assembler Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Must have previous upfitting experience
- Electrical assembly experience preferred
- Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus
- Must be experienced with using hand and power tools
- Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds or 75 pounds as a team lift
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to take constructive criticism
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
