Job Description:

US-Enhanced is hiring for a Confidential Company seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Burlington, NC. This position combines mechanical assembly and electrical wiring in a metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling products from blueprints, installing electrical components, and completing wiring tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities include assembling fabricated metal components, installing electrical devices, routing and terminating wiring, reading electrical schematics and blueprints, performing quality inspections, and ensuring finished products meet company standards. Candidates must be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment while working in a fast paced production environment. This role requires someone who can work independently, maintain quality workmanship, and contribute to daily production goals while following all safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required Electrical assembly experience required Experience with wiring, crimping, routing, and terminations Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude Experience using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing and metal fabrication environment

Only candidates with relevant electrical assembly experience will be considered. This is not a training opportunity. Entry level candidates will not be considered.
