Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Electrical Assembler, where your skills will bring precision and innovation to the production of complex electronic components. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling electrical systems, harnesses, and cables with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring each product meets strict quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating reliable, high-quality electrical assemblies that power a variety of industries. Duties Assemble electrical components and systems according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Interpret and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints for electronic assemblies Use mechanical knowledge to install electrical wiring, connectors, and other hardware within assemblies Operate power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment to facilitate assembly processes Conduct testing using electrical measurement tools to verify circuit integrity and functionality Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly, with a strong focus on PCB assembly and soldering techniques Skilled in surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole soldering, and mechanical assembly methods Ability to read technical schematics, diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment required for assembly tasks Mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience to troubleshoot issues effectively Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in all assembled products Join us in building innovative electrical solutions!
