We partner with customers on jobs with production runs ranging from a first prototype all the way up to full turnkey production with direct customer fulfillment services.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Solder to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the soldering and assembly of complex electronic components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Produces box build and light electronic and mechanical assemblies according to product specifications using work instructions, pre-established guidelines, or can follow blueprints / drawings for assembly at floor stations Meets all the requirements of Assembly II, Solder I, Solder II Uses common hand and power tools, solder irons and AOl repair tools Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels specified by work instructions Has been trained in soldering and advanced soldering and has demonstrated competency in all soldering tasks Additionally is able to inspect and repair complex SMT components and perform through hole component replacement and repair perIPC-A-610
requirementsRequirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent Reports to a lead/supervisor/manager Works with the direction of senior personnel in the functional area Require 5+ years of general work experience or demonstrated solder skills and additional specialized training and/or certifications Able to train Solder 1 and Solder II Join us as a Master Solder if you're passionate about precision electronics assembly, eager to apply your technical skills in a dynamic setting, and committed to producing top-quality products that make a difference!Benefits:
