Full-Time | Industrial Manufacturing Aerotek is hiring Manufacturing / Assembly Technicians to help build custom emergency and specialty vehicles. If you like working with tools, building things with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a solid opportunity to grow your skills. This role is open to entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude and experienced assemblers looking for long-term, steady work. What You'll Be Doing Assemble and install parts using hand and power tools Drill, grind, sand, and cut materials to spec Install steps, grab handles, compartments, brackets, and other accessories Help with basic electrical assembly Read tape measures and learn to follow blueprints/work instructions Track parts and communicate when supplies run low Cross-train in different departments Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Work overtime when production is busy What We're Looking For Mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle physical work (standing, bending, climbing, crawling) Comfortable in a loud, industrial shop environment Willing to learn and be cross‑trained Can read a tape measure and follow written or verbal instructions Reliable, hardworking, and team‑oriented Why This Job Stands Out Full‑time, steady work with room to grow Hands‑on skill development in a manufacturing environment Opportunities to advance as you gain experience Training provided on tools, processes, and safety Stable production with long-term demand Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Snyder, NE.
