Seeking multiple entry-level "system-level" Assembly Technicians to perform hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in a skilled trade. No prior experience is required—candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn will receive company-sponsored training and certifications (valued up to $6,000). Key Responsibilities Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand and power tools Assist with electrical assembly tasks including soldering and crimping Follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards Learn to read and interpret basic prints, diagrams, and technical documentation Handle and move parts and materials (occasional lifting required) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support team needs in a fast-paced, startup environment Continuously develop and improve technical skills Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong willingness to learn and take direction Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working with hands, tools, and mechanical components Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Exposure to soldering, wiring, or assembly work Experience in manufacturing, construction, or hands-on environments Background in military, aerospace, space, or industrial automation Interest in electrical, mechanical, or technical career paths Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred No prior experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Training & Growth Hands-on training with experienced team members Company-sponsored certification in IPC-620 and J-STD soldering standards Opportunity to build in-demand electro-mechanical skills and advance within the organization #IND3 Electro-Mechanical Assembler Hooksett, NH 03106 $20
