Where you will work collaboratively to manufacture quality products, operating diverse tools and equipment while adhering to all specifications and standards. Pay is dependent on shift and skill level - first, second and third shift openings.Responsibilities:
- Read and understand safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, and other important documents.
- Understand how to use a ruler and other instruments for measurements.
- Follow all safety rules and wear required protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, smocks).
- Keep your work area clean and organized, and take care of equipment as instructed.
- Work with your team to solve problems and improve products and processes.
Desired Background/Skills:
- Experience not required but encouraged!
- Very good hand-eye coordination and skill in handling small parts and materials.
- Able to stay focused on tasks and pay close attention to details.
- Strong communication skills and able to work well and professionally with others in a manufacturing setting.
