Job Description

The Electromechanical Assembler is responsible for building and assembling situational awareness products of varying complexity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and product reliability.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electromechanical products accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Work closely with line leads and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals. Operate manual, semi-automated, automated, and computer-controlled equipment as required. Perform electrical assembly in accordance with
J-STD-001
Class 1, 2, or 3 standards, as applicable. Support multiple production areas or work cells based on business needs. Assemble products and complete tasks of varying technical complexity. Utilize quality and documentation systems to accurately record production activities and maintain compliance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and team brainstorming activities. Collaborate effectively as a member of a high-performing production team.
Qualifications:
Strong electromechanical assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation. Experience using basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team environment. Soldering experience preferred, including
J-STD-001
Class 1, 2, or 3 standards. Experience with cable assembly and preparation, including wire stripping, tinning, and related tasks. #CNX100
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
