2nd Shift | 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team in Irvington, NJ. This role involves assembling complex electrical components and systems using schematics and technical drawings. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Assemble and build components and systems (up to 500 parts per unit) Perform wiring, soldering, and component installation Ensure accuracy and quality in all builds Follow safety procedures and production guidelines Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications Required:
Electrical background (education or hands-on experience) Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Willingness to learn and be trained Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Perks Transportation assistance provided for candidates living within 10 miles of the facility Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance Why Join Us? Pay Details:
