This role works cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure assemblies are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards. Duties Assemble switchgear and electromechanical products from start to completion using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Read, interpret, and execute work based on electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and fabrication blueprints Perform wiring, routing, terminating, and installation of electrical components within panels and assemblies Complete assemblies in accordance with production schedules and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Conduct basic inspections to verify accuracy of builds and identify defects or discrepancies Communicate effectively with Shop Leads and team members regarding production status, quality concerns, and scheduling priorities Follow all
