Electromechanical Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Builder / Assembler to support the full build of machinery. This role involves hands on electrical assembly, blueprint interpretation, and troubleshooting of control panels and equipment. Responsibilities Drill, tap, and fabricate mounting points for electrical components in compliance with quality standards Perform electrical assembly of CNC machines from start to finish, following engineering specifications Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine materials, layout, and assembly steps Install and position electrical components including wiring, switches, cables, brackets, and control devices Use tools such as calipers, drills, cutters, and saws to fabricate and assemble components Mount and wire electrical apparatus onto control panels and machine systems Conduct testing of completed panels and equipment to ensure full functionality Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose malfunctions using schematics and testing equipment Perform adjustments and re-testing to confirm repairs and ensure proper system performance Maintain documentation and adhere to safety and quality procedures throughout the build process Qualifications 5+ years experience with assembly, machine building. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems and control panels High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision assembly.

Pay:
