Job Description

•This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 2-3 months, on a full-time or part-time basis (25-40 hours per week). You need to be able to start immediately.•About Us At Spinning Designs, we manufacture custom promotional products, including our signature large spinning prize wheels, Plinko boards, and interactive event games, proudly made in the USA. Our team combines creativity, precision, and craftsmanship to deliver products seen at trade shows, events, and entertainment venues nationwide. Position Overview We're looking for an organized, hands-on Electronics Assembly Associate to join our small, collaborative team on a temporary basis . This role involves assembling and testing LED and circuit board systems, following wiring diagrams and detailed instructions to bring our interactive products to life. Manages time and schedule responsibly, arriving prepared and staying consistent throughout each shift. Is self-disciplined — capable of organizing your own workflow and maintaining steady productivity without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Solder ICs, LEDs, and electronic components to circuit boards. Read and interpret wiring diagrams to assemble and wire boards correctly. Test and verify circuit board assemblies using the provided test fixtures. Bonus Skills (Not Required) Familiarity with Arduino and C++ programming. Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment. Qualifications Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Foundational knowledge of electronic assembly from any background, including personal projects, trade or vocational programs, formal education, or professional experience. Hours This role can be part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30 PM. Flexible start time as early as 7:00 AM.
Lunch:
12:00-12:30 PM |
Breaks:
10:00-10:15 AM & 3:00-3:15 PM. Compensation & PTO $22 per hour
PTO:
0.05 hours accrued per hour worked 7 Major holiday pay As a temporary position, this role does not include health plan coverage or a 401K.
Interview Process :
Selected candidates will be invited for a 1-hour on-site interview. A qualified candidate will be hired immediately.
