Full Job Description Overview:

Electronic Assembler / Experienced Solderer Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Electronic Assemblers / Solderers for a manufacturing client in the Albuquerque area. Our client is an established electronics manufacturer that designs and builds audio surveillance, security, microphone, speaker, interface, access control, and other electronic products. This position is ideal for candidates with previous soldering experience who enjoy detailed, hands-on work in an electronics production environment. Pay $17.00 per hour Schedule Monday through Friday Flexible schedule available Job Duties Electronic Assemblers / Solderers will support the production and assembly of electronic products and components.

Duties may include:

Performing hand soldering on electronic components Assembling small electronic parts, wiring, and circuit board components Reading and following basic work instructions, diagrams, or production requirements Inspecting assembled products for quality, accuracy, and proper workmanship Using small hand tools and production equipment Handling delicate electronic components with care Supporting testing, packaging, labeling, and final production steps as needed Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe Following all safety procedures and company quality standards

Skills and Experience:

Requirements Must have previous soldering experience Previous electronic assembly experience strongly preferred Must be comfortable working with small parts and detailed components Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions Must be dependable and able to work Monday through Friday Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work.
