Job Description

Position Summary:
The position is responsible for assembling and installing electrical components as well as routing & terminating wire for the E-Room product line. This role requires the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, follow engineering specifications, and perform hands-on electrical assembly work in a manufacturing environment. The position demands a high level of attention to detail, quality focus, and collaboration within cross-functional production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and terminate electrical components in accordance with engineering specifications, electrical schematics and wire lists. Perform wire routing, terminations and conduit runs as needed. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wire lists and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly. Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies and wiring issues as required. Use power tools & hand tools safely and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with Core Tech safety and housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in electrical assembly or related hands-on electrical work within a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wire lists, and technical documentation. Proficiency in the use of power tools, hand tools, and basic measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces within skid assemblies. Ability to lift, push, or pull materials and tools as required for assembly tasks. Manufacturing environment with exposure to electrical equipment, tools, and machinery.
