At 10:30 PM, you clock in at our Fairport, NY facility, review work orders, set up your soldering station, and move between cells to keep production flowing. You'll perform careful soldering on electronic components, operate equipment like hydraulic and drill presses (and occasional welding machines), and package completed units before the 7:00 AM handoff—always to exacting quality standards and daily output targets. C Shift:
10:30 PM - 7:00
AM Training:
Conducted on A Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) for a minimum of 2 months before moving to C Shift What you'll do Execute precise soldering of electronic components Run assembly equipment, including hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding machines Rotate through multiple work cells to support production flow Package finished products and keep your area organized and clean Follow established quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement What you bring High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience Proficiency with soldering techniques Comfort working to daily rates/targets in a production environment Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude Ability to use hand tools and basic measurement devices Physical requirements Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Stand, bend, and move throughout the workday Why Qualitrol Join a focused, safety-minded team that values innovation and quality.
