Henrietta, NY Min payrate•$17.50 Max payrate•$21.88 Yoh is hiring Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support our client L3Harris, a well-known leader in technology and defense manufacturing, located in Henrietta, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following technical instructions, and working in a structured manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components using both manual and automated processes. Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly work Read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing tasks Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process Work under general supervision with some peer review Complete smaller, task-oriented assignments Stand for the entire shift What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required 4+ years of relevant assembly experience OR a post-secondary/associate degree with 0-2 years of related experience Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow detailed instructions

Pre-Employment Requirement:

All offers are contingent upon passing pre-employment screenings, including drug testing. Candidates must test negative for marijuana. Shifts & Pay Rates 1st

Shift:

Monday•Thursday | 5:00 AM•3:30 PM | $17.50/hr 2nd

Shift:

Monday•Thursday | 3:30 PM•2:00 AM | $19.25/hr 3rd

Shift:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am-6:30pm l $21.88/hr

Training Requirement:

All candidates must complete a 2-week training program, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30 PM.
