PM Work Location:
On-site (No remote work) Smith Control System is seeking an experienced Electrical Control Panel Fabricator/Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical panel assembly, machine wiring, and the ability to work from schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities Layout and wire control panels and junction boxes according to schematics Perform control testing as required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety standards and practices Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (AOS degree a plus) Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and control systems Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical drawings Ability to read and follow blueprint drawings Experience using power tools and electrical test equipment Solid background in electrical panel assembly and machine wiring Experience diagnosing AC/DC circuits up to 600 VAC Mechanical aptitude and machine assembly experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must have own basic electrical tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers, pliers, etc.) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Benefits available to full-time employees (waiting period may apply)
