Electrical Assembler

Our AS9100-certified Pressure Transducer division specializes in the design, manufacture, calibration, and repair of pressure and temperature transducers for high-reliability applications, including aerospace, military, industrial, space, and deep-sea environments. What You'll Do Perform high-reliability soldering for electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies, including strain gages. Assemble and inspect electronic assemblies to IPC-A-610 and/or

IPC-J-STD-001

standards. Work from wiring schematics, parts lists, drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Apply potting compounds to assemblies and connectors to ensure rigid support. Use microscopes for assembly work over extended periods. Collaborate with team members and maintain strong communication throughout projects.

Requirements:

What You Bring Proficiency in electrical wiring and soldering. Experience with surface mount technology and assembly. Familiarity with schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools. Mechanical knowledge and basic machining experience.

IPC-J-STD-001

certification preferred. Additional Information This position is on-site at our North Tonawanda, NY facility. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of our contracts and compliance with federal regulations. This is a full-time, hourly, union position.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (weekday overtime and occasional weekends as needed).
