AM Job Description:

This person will contribute to the company's success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products

Essential Functions:

Build devices per drawing, routing, and work instructions Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using torque drivers, long nose pliers, screw drivers, and soldering irons Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain 5S in the area Crosstrain new and current employees on all assembly lines Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks

Qualifications :

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Ability to work overtime as needed Able to transport and move up to 25 lbs. Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours) Obtain L3Harris provided
