Position Overview:

We are seeking two skilled and detail-oriented

IPC J-STD-001

Certified Solderers for a short-term project expected to last approximately 30 days. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can quickly step in and produce high-quality soldering work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering on electronic components and assemblies in accordance with

IPC J-STD-001

standards Inspect and ensure quality of solder joints and completed assemblies Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Active

IPC J-STD-001

Certification (Required) Proven experience with hand soldering and electronic assembly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines Reliable attendance for the duration of the project

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6AM-2:30PM (30-minute lunch)
