Electrical/Mechanical Assembler Setting/Hours:
100% In-Office | First Shift Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on assembly role ideal for someone who enjoys working with schematics, wiring, and electrical components. You'll build control panels and cable assemblies while contributing to quality, safety, and efficiency in a production environment that values organization and precision.
Responsibilities:
Interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions to accurately complete wiring, assembly, and installation tasks. Review and analyze job documentation to determine wiring specifications, assembly requirements, and project expectations. Prepare materials, components, and work surfaces to ensure proper assembly, quality standards, and damage prevention. Assemble, wire, test, and verify electrical components and systems to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications. Identify, troubleshoot, and report defective, damaged, or unsafe components, equipment, and working conditions. Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Promptly report accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions to support a safe work environment. Support workplace organization and efficiency by following 5S principles, including Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Collaborate effectively with team members and perform additional duties as needed to support production and operational goals.
Requirements:
Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, specifications, and assembly instructions. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information to team members and stakeholders. Effective team player who collaborates well in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills when working with technical drawings and assembly requirements. Physically capable of performing assembly-related tasks, including standing, lifting, reaching, and working with tools and equipment as required. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in daily work activities.
