Job Description

Hiring Event Overview Molex ADS is hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, July 1st, from 1pm - 5pm. We're looking to add specifically to our Electronic Assembler 2nd Shift Team with top talent to help contribute to our growth. Limited 1st Shift seats are available. You will join the Advanced Electronics Manufacturing division, a fast-paced group dedicated to prototyping, volume production, and continuous improvement of instrumentation products. Our cross-functional team of design engineers, quality specialists, and assembly technicians works in a highly collaborative environment—where your feedback directly shapes product refinements and process efficiencies. We are seeking to hire Electronic Assemblers. Our hiring managers will be conducting on-site interviews and will be making job offers during the event. About the Job As an Electronic Assembler at Molex ADS, you will play a critical role in building, wiring, and testing high-precision electronic assemblies that power our innovative process-control and analytical systems. You'll collaborate closely with assembly technicians and quality teams to ensure every unit meets our rigorous standards for performance, reliability, and safety. Candidates must be comfortable sitting, 8-10 hours/day. Ability to use high powered microscopes is required (Paid training provided). Positions start at $16.50 per hour. Overtime is available. Shifts Available are 2nd Shift (4pm - 12:30am) with a 10% Shift Differential; Limited 1st Shift seats are available. Benefits after 30 days of employment, paid training, and upward mobility. 3 Weeks PTO/year. State-of-the-art, indoor, air conditioned and temperature-controlled facility. Ability to listen to music and podcasts while you work.
