Soldering

Now hiring a Soldering Worker for a company in Mentor for 1 st shift, 6am - 4:30pm. Monday - Friday Weekly pay at $15 per hour. The Soldering Worker is responsible for precision soldering of electronic components in compliance with industry and company quality standards.

Job Duties:

Perform hand-soldering of through-hole and surface mount components using soldering irons and rework tools. Interpret and follow technical schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Inspect solder joints for defects. Utilize magnification equipment to complete thorough inspections. Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues. Assist in other areas of assembly or testing as directed.

Requirements:
