Wiring Assembler ?Streetsboro, OH ? $20/HR on 1st, $21/HR on 2nd ? 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm) or 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs, 2:00pm-12:30am) Champion Personnel is hiring Wiring Assemblers for a fast-growing company that builds electrical transfer switch systems used by major clients like Visa, Mastercard, and Microsoft.

What You'll Do:

Assemble wire harnesses and electronic components Read wiring diagrams and follow assembly procedures Use hand tools and test tools (continuity/cable testers) Inspect and measure parts for quality control Label, package, and prep assemblies for shipment

What We're Looking For:

? Experience with electronics or wiring ? Ability to read basic assembly diagrams ? Strong attention to detail and quality ? Comfortable working with small parts and tools

Preferred:

Wire harness assembly experience Electronic module assembly experience Basic understanding of electricity

Physical Requirements:

Fine motor skills for small-part assembly Ability to sit for extended periods Strong visual acuity for inspection work #IND001 #talrooindependence
