Electrical Mechanical Assembler -

Switchgear Pay:

$21-$23/hr (based on experience) Join a growing manufacturer building the electrical switchgear that powers airports, hospitals, data centers, and schools. You'll assemble and wire large switchboard units on a fast‑paced production line using hand tools, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Responsibilities Mechanical assembly of switchgear units using hand tools Electrical wiring: routing, terminating, and securing 25 wires per unit Reading schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Panel wiring: cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires Basic electronic assembly and occasional soldering Following standardized work instructions and safety procedures Inspecting work for accuracy and quality Working collaboratively to meet production goals Qualifications 3+ years mechanical assembly experience 1-2 years electrical assembly/wiring preferred Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Strong hand‑tool and wiring skills Comfortable with repetitive, fast‑paced production work Ability to stand for 10‑hour shifts Why Work Here $21-$23/hr depending on experience Full benefits and regular pay increases Clean, climate‑controlled facility Annual steel‑toe boot allowance Paid training at a dedicated training center Stable company with long‑term growth opportunities Work Environment First‑shift, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
